Ranking and rating can influence the placement of a business on search engines. As a result, more people are able to see the local business. This leads to more customers and support. Furthermore, reviews give credibility to a business. How many times have you reconsidered going to a place because of bad reviews? I know I have. Reviews are the best way to show that a local business is qualified and high quality.
Reviews provide ‘word-of-mouth’ referrals that can help your favorite local businesses. But where can you leave a review?
